Firstly, I would like to explain that this entry is not meant to dictate the entire costume, but instead the primary pieces required. Because everyone has different tastes, I think it suitable for a costume entry to allow flexibility to the player to add or take away from the costume as they see fit. Any costume item not listed is considered "configurable by the user" and leaves it at the players discretion to design as they see fit. For example, if you like hats, make a toon with a hat. You like bare hands as opposed to gloves? - go for it. It's up to you to design the particulars of your toon. By viewing the submission, I think you'll find that enough flexibility is in the costume to allow each of us to personalize of the uniform, while making it obvious we are a team.
