There is a new glitch I've seen a few times since the new patch went up. THere are times you have to restart the game because certain contacts like Blue steel or Luminary will disapear. If you were teamed, your teammates will say you are back at a zone entrance, but you will think you are next to them. restart the game and you'll be fine.
