This is just a quick thought, all my tattoos are solid black, no color, so I'm a big fan of that look, and they're all symbols that represent something about my life, so as a starter idea, this is the alchemical symbol most commonly used to represent steel. Almost looks like it was made to follow the round side of the scar, thought it was kinda cool
