Looks a lot like the ole "Juggle the bad guy while tying your shoe lace" trick. Very popular amongst many a hero for the fact you dont really worry too much if you "accidently" drop what you're juggling =D
jaffah is right that was the trick i was using only im not a very good juggler so....oops did i just drop him owell! :)
(mind you i can juggle in real life my max is 7 balls) just tho i would add that :P.
