Swiss Spines was superjumping around a Rikti mission when I slammed my head through a walkway. I was stuck and could not get out.
I tried all types of options to get out and nothing worked.
Even the slash stuck command wasn't working.
And it was 3 days before I received my teleport to base veteran power.
Had to stop and start the mission again later.
