The Freakshow boss known as "the Turk" sued local heroine Abana for defamation when this photo was posted on her website. The Turk's lawyer said that the photo made his client look weak and easily beaten.
In a written statement, Abana countered by saying that in fact during the battle the Turk was beaten once, self-revived, and then was beaten again. She also stated that she hoped the Turk would have a nice, long stay behind bars, but if the need should arise she'd be more than happy to beat him a third and fourth time.
Our legal experts tell us that legal precedent in Paragon City tends to favor superheroes in these cases, and the fact that police records show that Abana was the one who brought the Turk into custody should lead the judge to dismiss the case.
