It's one of the great mysteries of Paragon City: why does it seem that the Skulls get more action than the average hero? It's not just that they're villains...I mean, they're pretty low on the villainy totem pole. Well, now it appears that at least in the newly revamped Hollows, some of these girls are coming to their senses.
