Its known as the Shadowshard, its a Hero zone called the Strom Palace, that deathstar in the background is the Storm Palace proper. Its roughly a 12 mile hike from PI if you go the long way, or about 3 from Firebase Zulu's warp point to the zone. Nice place there, if you can survive what's tryin to kill ya.
