Faathim the Kind is in the middle of the Chantry, through Fire Base Zulu. He's actually part of the 3rd Shadow Shard TF, During your last fight you free him and then he fights for you, He's a bubbler. :) He's also the contact for the 4th Shadow Shard TF, which I'm doing today :)
