First up, Fire/Kin/Stone, with CJ/Acro. This is to show what can be done. Build will have more endurance issues, and is a little more expensive, but does have better DPS than the one I'll give you next. Of course, you can mix and match to taste. This build has better DPS, but it'll need a second dose of Fissure to do the job. That or some major patience. =D

Next up, Fire/Kin/Fire, without CJ/Acro. This is the build I'm 99% certain I'm going to respec Blaze into come Issue 11. A little lighter on endurance, but a little lower on DPS. It makes up for that by having a hell of a big burst from Fire Ball, and better single target damage. This is a build that could easily go without Imps, as all that ST damage would make cleaning up much quicker and easier.

This build is probably what I'd do if I wanted Psi Mastery. The goal here is to get as much +rech as you can, to get Indomitable Will as close to perma as possible. I probably could have gotten more recharge by adding in CJ or some such, but I built it how *I'd* build and play it. This build would be great for farming family with bosses. Family doesn't resist Psi any more than it does fire or smashing, but it also doesn't have a psi gap like some mobs do. The DPS would be similar to that of Stone Mastery, IE Higher DPS, but lower burst than Fire Mastery, and often needing to use a second dose of its AoE (Tornado) or a bit more patience. It also suffers slightly on single target DPS, which is something to keep in mind if you plan on fighting AVs or doing normal missions solo. I've found with my current build that my DPS against a single target is very lacking. I did an STF and was basically a buff bot, a job that would have been much better filled by a kin defender, who could have at least added more DPS to the AV fights. This is just my experience, your wants and needs may vary, so keep them in mind as you work on your build.

I've been over and adjusted and tweaked my build for a while now. Each time I go to have a run at it, I find something different that I may decide to stick with. For example, on the second build I took Ring of Fire over Siphon Power. I decided to give that a whirl just today, as I was farming. I was thinking it over, and thought to myself, I rarely if ever use siphon power, and Ring of Fire would definitely add more single target DPS to my attack chain. If I ever decide to do boss runs, it'll very nicely stack with Cages to get containment on the boss very quickly. Siphon Power would do fine, and benefit a team more against an AV, but I think I'll go with Ring of Fire.

Fire/Kin is a solid build that can't go wrong really, no matter what you do with it. As long as you can get containment from Cages and get the damage cap from FS, and hit them with a big AoE attack, you'll do fine. Some may be faster, some may be safer, some may do better ST damage, but the essential tools are there to be a good, quick farmer.

Your last build you say is Psionic Mastery, although its Fire Mastery

2nd thing...
In the first build- Stone Mastery, I would highly suggest getting Earth's Embrace. Without Hasten, (I'm factoring in a 2x perma Siphon Speed, which I always have up while I'm farming...) it has a short downtime with 3 Rchrg IOs, but with Hasten, you can have it up perma.
Getting a near-perma +50% health would really help in survivability with all those NPCs around ya while farming.
Then again, if you're good at mezzing, you don't need that extra survivability.

About that last build, I don't know what happened to the Fire/Kin/Psi build I had worked up. I did this late at nite, and probably forgot to export the build, and then accidentally sent the second build twice. Oops. I'll work up a Fire/Kin/Psi build and post it down here later.

About Earth's Embrace. I have it. The top build is almost identical to my current build. Wanna take a guess as to how often I use Earth's Embrace? Thats right, never. I don't need it. With accolades and set bonuses, I have a good amount of HP without EE. With Transfusion coming up as often as it does, (which is quite often with the amount of +recharge I can obtain while farming) I have more than enough green numbers to keep me alive. If it looks iffy, I'll use either Flashfires or Cinders first. Thats right, I have enough def/res to S/L damage that I don't have to mezz the mob. I spam Cages to keep em bunched up for AoEs and Fulcrum, and I spam it to ensure Containment is in effect, but other than that, I don't need to mezz them.

The builds are great i will agree on that, all of them look pretty sweet to play and all, but there a little thing i see but i dont know if its like that on every server, but on virtue, the positron io set, that often comes back in your build is pretty rare to come by, not too pricy but not many to sell at the auction house. And thats about it the choices of io's are great but its finding them the problem!

For Farming in the late game, no, you do not need Siphon Power. Fulcrum Shift will do the job. For leveling up, its a personal call. Take it or skip it, is up to you.

For Farming, Siphon Speed is a must-have. Slot it 3 recharge and 1-2 accuracy.

For leveling or non-farming, its a personal call. I'd never skip it, and I'd never leave it unslotted, but thats me. If you don't like it, don't take it.

For a strictly farming toon, I'd take Smoke over Speed Boost any day. The only reason I haven't done this with my Fire/Kin is that I still need to do some TFs with him and SB will be needed for those.
