Willpower was one of the two powers that was added in the last issue. Along with Dual Blades it really gave Scrappers and Tankers something new to think about. Also this is my first guide ever so take it easy on me. This guide is not completely on the Willpower set it focuses on one power in particular as I have not gotten Super-Dan to level 50 yet. :D
For anyone who does not know Willpower combines Regeneration to match the regeneration power set and also toggles. Willpowers best power so far (In my opinion) is Rise To The Challenge. Rise to the Challenge is toggle that not only boosts your regeneration for every villain that enters close to your hero, but it also agrros them and reduces their accuracy. This can spell doom for a scrapper but the -accuracy helps and so does the regeneration. Of course when a Scrapper is fighting a single target the taunt doesn't matter but in a group it can kill. But as a tanker Rise to the Challenge is the best power ever. It boosts your regeneration lowers accuracy and taunts them.
At level 20 (For a scrapper) you get an Endurance Regeneration power. Sort of like Stamina and you don't even have to take the pool. I still would recommend taking the Fitness set but you aren't dying to get it with this. I think a tanker would get it at level 16. The endurance costs of Willpower are a bit high but they don't really hit your bar too hard.
Tankers should all love this power and I would recommend EVERY tank make a new toon with Willpower as your armor.
Please note, these points are from my point of view and also from my experience with Willpower. My toon is Super-Dan and is a Scrapper and you can find me on Virtue if you have any questions.
