There's an announcement on the main boards from CuppaJo where the developers have put up a poll to choose from possible new zones in COH/V. The listing says:
The City of Heroes and City of Villains universe is expanding and we want to hear from you about it! As we contemplate where your heroes and villains might venture next, we want to know what excites you the most.
Below is a list of 11 themes we are currently looking at! Tell us what you think by selecting your top 2 choices.
Let your imagination run wild and picture how these themes might fit into the existing CoH and CoV world.
Important Note: We will not be displaying the results of this poll because we do not want to create any false expectations. There are many considerations that will influence our final decision. That said, your votes are extremely important to us and could affect the long-term development plans for City of Heroes and City of Villains!
Why don't they upgrade Zones like Faultline and Boomtown first. These Zones have been dead for a long time now. They could make Faultline the new Level 50 PVP Zone and add a new contact in Boomtown and make it kinda like the Hollows.
I like the zones being PvE. But I agree with the fact that they need some sprucing up. I've only been to the Faultline ONCE in the time I've played this game. There's just not a whole lot there that brings a player in. Boomtown has the random Babbage sighting... Wow. Anyone who runs Synapse's task force is going to see Babbage. I've poured over the main boards and read through a lot of suggestions they had. Some of them sounds really interesting.
