ATTENTION ALL HEROES! THIS JUST IN: The CoX development team has announced that character server transfers and renamings are being tested in the training room on the test server!
"Both of these features are not part of Issue 10: Invasion," says the Dev team, "Although we are beginning to test them, we anticipate that they will not be enabled on the live service until after the launch of Issue 10"
The two features are not hand-outs, though, as the team has announced a $9.99 fee, per use. They said that this was to help keep players from abusing their privileges. Final word on fee(s) payment has yet to be announced.
I understand that this is being tried out on the TEST server, what i don't understand is the fee.
1.)How can they charge a fee for something on test??
2.)if you actually try to transfer a toon will the toon be moved onto a "live" server or is this how much it will cost when this service becomes live????
