 Statesman has finally posted the final test results using various scrapper secondaries and seeing how many enemies they could take down without being killed. The post is pretty long, so here are the results using a level 45 and fighting different enemy classes at different enemy levels. Stats are presented as how many of which type of enemy can be defeated.
