| Description |
The lowest level dual origin enhancements you can buy are 15th level. You can find stores selling them in Steel Canyon and Skyway City. There is one store for each origin. You can find them by opening your map and holding your mouse pointer over the $ symbols. Some of them will just say "Store," but the ones you want will tell you what kind of store.
To tell which ones you want to go to, look at this graph:
You can buy DO's for your origin at the store of the same origin, or at one of the ones of either origin adjacent to yours on the graph.
If you need to see the graph in-game, you can find it in the upper right corner of the city map; either open your map and click the City tab, or consult the giant map in the train station.
