Get the Shivan temp power Solo General Knowledge

Description

It can be really tricky to get the Shivans on your own -- the big problem is in taking over the firebase -- but I was bored and experimented in Bloody Bay for a bit, and it can be done.

First, pick a turret. Start attacking. Take it down to the point where ONE MORE ATTACK of whatever magnitude would finish it off. Then go on to the next turret. Repeat this for each turret (both the big ones and the little ones).

Here's the thing: turrets, like many objects, do not regenerate, and as long as there's somebody close by they won't repopulate, either. So until you take down those turrets completely, you'll have eight turrets at minimal hit points.

Once you've gotten them all down to a sliver of health, and you've recovered your health and endurance, make a single quick cycle through all eight turrets. One hit to each ought to take them down (a blaster may be able to stand atop the firebase and take them all out from there, but I can't experiment with that, being a tank and getting my sole ranged power at L44).

Once you're finished, just pop into the firebase and claim it in the name of whoever you feel like claiming it for. Assuming no jerks interrupt you and the guns don't kill you, you've got a firebase all by yourself.

I did this three times with my tank -- the best firebase for it, in my opinion, is the one at the left horn of the Dead Coast, not far from Meteor Jay. There are few enemies wandering around (a few Freaks to the left, a few Shivans to the right) and they mostly won't get in your way. It's some distance from the villain base, fairly close to the hero base, and the large turrets are three minions and a boss.
