To claim your Veteran Reward items, lick on your badges tab, click the small arrow at the upper right to scroll all the way to the right. You will have a new tab that says “Veteran”. This is where your badges are listed. For every level that has item to be claimed, costume tokens, repsecs, etc, there will be a button. Click it to claim them. For respecs, after clicking, you go to Jack Wolfe in Galaxy City just like when you finish the respec trial.
