When you're working the Penelope Yin arc in Faultline, rescuing her father from the Lost earns you the Rescuer badge - the text of which invites you to shop at his store.
Take the old guy up on his offer- you won't regret it! Click on the door next to Penelope - which is magically unlocked only to those who have the badge - and you'll find him at the back of the store selling special Yin Talisman Enhancements.
There's only one kind for each Origin, but they're effectively SINGLE ORIGIN enhancements you can use from Level 14!
