A friend of mine told me about this command recently, and it's been extremely helpful for 'kill X' badges. "/targetcustomnext " will search for any nearby enemy (line of sight) that has the text specified by '' in its name. "/targetcustomnext elite" will seek nearby Warriors bosses, for example (or some Crey lieutenants, but they don't occur in the same zones except in ambushes), and "/targetcustomnext lead" will find those elusive Outcast bosses.
I've set up a keybind to help me out -- if I'm passing through an area where the specific group of enemies I'm hunting is regularly found, I can just repeatedly press the O key to hunt them down:
/bind O targetcustomnext Sorceror
I had the Tracer badge in about two days with this command set up.
