Okay, you hit level six, your doing mishes in the hollows, so you think, "Hey I'll get hover and speed up traveling a bit." You get to the hollows, activate hover, and realize it is extremely slow. To speed things up a but, you can use a Pocket D Jump Pack, it speeds up hover to an equivalent to sprint. This way you can cruise over enemies at an average speed, but just remember you can only use it for a little while.
