If your teleport skill is not dependent on a foe being present as some teleport skills are try the following idea. If you or a member of your team has the recall friend skill teleport your friend out of harms way then resurect him. This will resurect him in an area where he/she wont imediately be slaughtered again.
Of course if you resurect is foe dependent you have no choice but to resurect in battle. Also, if you have Mutation as a resurect which will resurect the fallen wish short lived uber-buffs then rezzing him in battle is kind of the point.
Otherwise teleport them or get them or wait until the battle is over to resurect them. Having your budy running around in a dazed stuper isn't helping anyone and will more often than not get him further into xp debt.
